update won't download

I've been trying to download the new security update for almost a week
now and neither my word auto update program can download it, nor can I
do it manually by going directly to :

it keeps saying server not found. HELP!!!

I just clicked on the link in your email and was taken immediately to the
right download page. Try again, maybe the server was down for a while.
