I am having some strange problems with my mac today.
1) No matter what application I am in, when I am typing the words are
constantly being highlighted and then deleted, or my cursor is jumping
all over the page.
2) No matter what application I am in, I am constantly getting the
little pop up window like I have just right-clicked my mouse.
3) My computer lags when switching between applications.

I ran a report and found an tfp error. I have no idea what this means,
does anyone?
My first assumption is my trackpad, button are messed up. But this is
just a guess.
Does anyone know how I can figure out what is wrong with my computer?
I cannot talk with Apple support and I am no where near an service
center. In fact,
I am on an island in the South Pacific luckily getting 1.1KB/s right
now.

I agree with Nigel. Sounds like a trackpad or keyboard problem. Any
chance of you finding a mouse and trying that?

Sounds like the weirdness I had when a tiny sliver of metal was found under
the keyboard the was crossing some connections - typing became a strange and
interesting experience. Seems like something in your trackpad is shorting
out?

Based on #1 and #2, it seems that this problem may be related to the
"control" key. If you have a newer laptop it could also be a trackpad
problem. Or of course your external mouse, if that's what you're using.
Any of those could tend to cause the menu to pop up as you describe.

The "tfp" error is unrelated. I don't know what it is, but I get it all
the time and I don't have the symptoms you describe.
