Is there anyway to search through the entire newsgroup using outlook
express?

For example, when I try to search anything using it, I can only search
through the headers, I cant search the bodies of the posts, until I have
clicked on every single one, and it is no longer bold, then it will check
the body. I get the feeling that it hasnt downloaded the body of the
message until I read it...

Is there any easy way to make the reader search through the whole server,
even the posts that you havent downloaded?

I don't believe that the application can go off to search for content that
hasn't yet been downloaded. If you're serious about newsreading, I wouldn't
recommend OE. I use a combination of Entourage and MT-NewsWatcher, both of
which serve me quite well.
