Hi, How can I use remote assistance in MSN messenger between vista and xp? My home PC in India is Vista Home Premium with DSL cable internet and I am using XP Serv pack2 in USA. Home PC Vista is not yet installed with MSN messenger, shall I advise my wife to install MSN in home PC? I want to take control of home pc through MSN messanger to do general clean up like updates, file transfers etc., I am not a tech guy - Is there any other easy alternative other than MSN messanger? please advise in details. thanks in advance.
