Yeah, my ISP is the same, I could host with them except that they're so
much more expensive than most any other place I would look.
I use
www.pair.com for hosting; their cheapest option, at $5.95/month,
seems more or less comparable to what you describe. I don't have any
interest in the company except as a satisfied customer for about 3.5
years now.
