The RAM should be PC133-333
There's a lot of Ram sold on Ebay, but in the Mac category
they are quite expensive, and cheaper in the PC one. how
could I be sure that if I buy one for PC it is compatible
with both (PC and MAC) ?
Is there a way to upgrade this mac to Leopard ? >>
I've had good experiences buying RAM here:

I'd suggest taking the g4 up to 10.4.11 and leaving it there.
Actually, the g4 MDD that I'm typing this reply on seems
"good enough" on 10.3.9.
