Unable to get the attachment emails

I am using outlook express with my company email id. When my colegue tried to
send an attachment he was getting an error message like my mail box is full.
He also tried to send it with other email add which is in hotmail and yahoo.
Now how can i change my mail box limit (if there is an option) or how can i
solve it.

My system is virus free and having enough free space. The attachment size is
4mb.

Mailbox size limits are set by your provider/company. Check with them.
