I have an iBook G4 and an install disc for Virtual PC for Mac Version 7. I
have installed the program on my computer and have moved on to begin creating
my PC. I choose "install from a virtual PC for Mac CD." After that, it
prompts me to insert the install disc. I insert the disc and always receive a
message that says "no install disc found." I have repeatedly ejected and
reinserted the disc but have not had success. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Did your version of VPC come with Windows? You should have multiple
discs if your version came with Windows.
Not all versions of VPC included Windows.

I got my software for free when I graduated college, so I assumed that it
came with everything I needed. I had considered that I needed a copy of a
Windows program, but then I thought that it should all be on the disc that I
received. You are probably right because I only got one disc rather than
multiple ones.

Thanks!

If you only have one disk, then you have a standalone version of VPC.
You will need a separate bootable version of Windows in order to
install Windows.

Looking ahead I'm a bit curious:
What is the full description on your VPC disk?
Does the read me mention what is on the install disk?
Is it a CDrom or DVDrom?
What MacOS is on your iBook G4?
