For over a year I've had no problem playing streaming audio off the
NPR.org website using WMP 9 on my Intel Mac. All of a sudden, it
won't play. I click on the link, but I'm told that the player isn't
found, or installed, and am offered a link to download the player
(along with Real Player). What's really strange is that the player
works for streaming audio from other sites, and if I'm able to finesse
my way to the right URL, the player will play that as well. But
clicking on the "Listen" button on the NPR website doesn't work.

Any ideas why? I'm desperate! I record the programming for my daily
run...it's going to be long and boring without my fixe of the news.
Thanks.

Have you tried installing the Flip4Mac WMV codecs instead?? They are
free and do a much much better job (especially on MacIntel),
