In Finder, chose a file with one of those extensions. Do "Get Info".
Select from the "Open With" popup.
Click the:

"Use this application to open all documents like this."
( Change All ... )

button.

The contextual menu for the item includes "open with" and in that
submenu is "Open with Other..." which allow you to select any specific
application and includes the "always open with" checkbox.

Thanks,
Did that but it's kind of failing as it resets all the time.

I did find the change all button in the Get info, wonder why when I tried before it didn't show
it???

I resolved the situation for now by deleting the other application. That did the trick... With a
cost!
