Post subject: Quicktime 7.0.1 and AIFF files
Archived from groups: comp>sys>mac>programmer>misc (more info?)

I just recompiled some code of mine that uses
QuickTime to play WAV and AIFF files. Apparently
I upgraded QuickTime to 7.0.1 since I last compiled this
code, so I had to get the new headers, and now
the code no longer works.

The following is printed to the console by
NewMovieFromFile

<WrapAudioContext: FAILED (-2147450879)
QTAudioDeviceContextCreate: wrap-up failed

Anyone know what the problem is?

I do not know if this is a coincidence or not,
but iTunes now seems to be unable to play AIFF
files correctly.
