I have an ongoing problem with Powerpoint closing. Not hanging, not encountering an error and saying it has to close - just closing. When re-opened it does not recognize that it previously closed incorrectly, so there is no autorecovery. Sometimes this happens as much as every few minutes.

A colleague of mine also reports this problem. However, I've posted here before and only heard from others who are getting the "Powerpoint has encountered an error message" - NOT from anyone with our problem. In my case, the program is just quietly and randomly closing. Does anyone else have this, is it a known bug, any advice at all? It's extremely frustrating, lots of lost work unless you literally save every minute or so.
