I need to change F9 and F11 keys on this remarkable keyboard to those in Mac
OS X 10.4.4 but the options offered by Reassign button don't allow this.Can
it be done?

Do a search on www.macupdate.com for 'keyboard' and it should produce a
list of a few dozen programs that should be able to solve your problem.
