Hi,

when trying to build a dll for Windows using CW9 on MacOS, I get an
error message like:

Link Error : Multiply defined symbol: .bss in
files file1.cpp, file2.cpp

The same message with the same filenames is repeated several times, but
there are also similar messages with other filenames.

The project doesn't do any assembly (that I am aware of, perhaps an
include), so I suspect this is something the compiler is doing.

Does anyone know where this error comes from or where to look for fixing it?

Regards,

after some off line converstations I think this is something you need to
change the link order and find out what library or header is causing it
to appear.

I reported it to our compiler team but they didn't think we'd resolve it.
