With great excitement, I upgraded my Mac with Tiger ....
to my dismay I found that I could no longter open a view file or reports
what a disapointment

I had to junk tiger and reinstall Panther which works well with hypercard

Hi John,

Don't despair. Install Tiger on one partition and Classic on
another. Actually, it is sufficient to have HyperCard on a
separate partition, but I like organising things an decided to
have one full partition for Classic applications and the system
folder.

If you set up Tiger in this way, all should work fine. Please,
let us know whether this helps.
