There is no Mozilla 2.1
For OS 9x the last version Mozilla produced was 7.02 (the same one
Netscape 7 for 9x is based on)
There are two derivitives of Mozilla 7.3 available for 9x, Wamcom and a
Japanese adaptation.
But nevertheless, to uninstall on a Mac (9x or OSX) its really, REALLY,
easy.
Simply drag the file containing the program to the trash, empty trash.
<POOF> all gone
You can, if you wish and are sure you are not going to use them, drag
the profiles to the trash as well. Tho not neccessary this does
eliminate all traces of the program from your HD. Ask if you need to
know location of the profiles in 9x. |

Okay, to uninstall it, simply drag the application to the trash.
You can dump the contents of the profile (this includes all your email
btw) too, if you wish.
NB Most follow-on Mozilla products (Thunderbird/SeaMonkey/Firefox) will
import directly from the profile, so if you are planning to move to
them, dumping the profile isnt the best idea.
In any case, on 9x, the Mozilla profile is found in the Documents folder
also remove the 'Mozilla Registry' and 'Mozilla Versions' files found in
System Folder/Preferences |
