You could use a schedule for this. Click on Tools>Schedules and create a new
schedule that retrieves messages from your Live account. You can define how
often you want this to happen, i.e. after a certain period of time or
manually. Once you've instructed Entourage to receive mail from your Live
account, click on the Options button next to the account dropdown and check
all the folders. Click on OK to get back to the main schedules list and wait
for the schedule to run. Alternatively, you can select Tools>Run
Schedule>[name of your schedule] to run it manually.
