Live Mail Account in Entourage

Hi there,

I don't know if I'm just missing something here, so hope someone can clarify
for me.

I have a paid Live account which I use in Entourage. Is there a way to
instruct Entourage to automatically download all messages in all the folders
on the Live server? How is this accomplished? I have found that unless I
click on each folder individually then the messages in the folders are not
downloaded/updated until that time.

Guidance on how to set up (if it's available) much appreciated.

You could use a schedule for this. Click on Tools>Schedules and create a new
schedule that retrieves messages from your Live account. You can define how
often you want this to happen, i.e. after a certain period of time or
manually. Once you've instructed Entourage to receive mail from your Live
account, click on the Options button next to the account dropdown and check
all the folders. Click on OK to get back to the main schedules list and wait
for the schedule to run. Alternatively, you can select Tools>Run
Schedule>[name of your schedule] to run it manually.
