I have the "Lost treasures of Infocom" sets, both 1 and 2.

What else would I need to be able to enjoy these under Leopard?

You have to remove stuff from my e-mail to reply, it's not difficult.
Everything here is my personal opinion, do with it what you will.

You would need the Zoom interpreter:
<http://www.logicalshift.demon.co.uk/mac/zoom.html>

This is capable of loading the game files off the LTOI discs. (Either
the Mac or PC versions.) All nice and OSX pretty. Smile

But I don't know if it'll work with the graphical Infocom games (Zork
Zero, Journey, etc.) Haven't tried it.

Very true, Zoom works like a dream. Glad there are other people out
there enjoying these incredible games!
