Hotmail error -17598

Hello I keep getting this error message any one have the same iam on mac os
x tiger trying to get hotmail in entourage all paid for etc.

Expected data from the Hotmail server is missing.

The Hotmail folder list could not be received.

Account name: "hotmail"

Error: -17598

I always get this problem when I use my home network to retrieve
hotmail. I don't get it when I use my school network though. However,
even at home, I realise that if i continually click send and receive
from hotmail after receiving the message, it starts to download.

It's another freaky occurrence in Entourage that I've learnt how to
handle....
