Archived from groups: comp>sys>mac>programmer>misc (more info?)

Hi guys,

I am not sure if this is the right group to post this question. If
not, can someone please guide me to the right group. Still I am
posting my question here, because this is urgent for me.

I have a mac 10.3.9 and all the pages from our website are working fine
on Safari(1.3(v312)), Firefox(1.5), Netscape(7.2) and IE(5.2). But
some users who use 10.4.6 complains that they can't see scrollbar on
Safari and see a blank page on Netscape and Firefox. Can someone take
a look at it and help me fix this problem? The URL of the website is
http://www.lightingcenter-ny.com and the URL to a specific page that
rendered as blank page (as claimed by users who use Mac 10.4.6) in
Netscape is http://www.lightingcenter-ny.com/productdetails-259.aspx

I will really appreciate if someone can help.

Thanks
snt

Hi,

Sorry about the multi-post. I was not sure which is the right group
and am desparate to find a solution to this useless issue.

Thanks for your time.

If you are truly desperate, then you're in the wrong place. Newsgroups
take time, effort, and patience. If you're actually *desperate*, then you
should pay some cash to a competent person and have him fix the problem
for you.

But since you're trying to get help for free, clearly you *aren't*
actually desperate. So stop trying to make your haste our problem, and
start following good guidelines for the place you're trying to extract
wisdom from.
