Font Favorites

Okay, new question:

how do I remove a font from Favorites?

Maybe share the solution with the rest of us?

To the right of the plus and minus sign there is a little gear icon. You
can click on the icon for a small pulldown menu one of whose choices is
"Add to Favorites"

The same way as it was added (or if it wasn't via drag and drop), just
drag it ut and it will vanish the same way as items dragged out of the
Dock or sidebar in Finder.
