Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: pop
Since installing Snow Leopard, I am not able to print a single month view of my calendar in Entourage. When I try and print a single month (say September), I get the whole history of months in the printout as opposed to a single month (255 pages!).
Has anyone found a solution to this? Frustrating, and I can't seem to find anyone suffering the same issue. |

By default Entourage will print your monthly view plus a list of all
Tasks. If all you want is just the monthly view then do one of the
following in the Print dialog:
1. Print pages from "1" to "1" or...
2. Click on the Layout... button and UNcheck Tasks.
Hope this helps!

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I have done those suggestions but it still prints the entire calendar (every month). This happened right after loading Snow Leopard, I have never had this difficulty previously? |

I'm using Entourage 2008 12.2.1 with Snow Leopard 10.6.1 and not seeing
this problem. Currently, in my Print dialog window, my dates are set to
print:
Start: September 2009
End: September 2009
Tasks are turned off.
My "Show Quick Preview" window on the left shows "1 of 1".
Can you compare your settings with mine and tell me if you see the same
or different?
I would suspect that if you still get multiple pages even when the
preview shows "1 of 1" then you may have some corruption in your
Database. You can Verify your Database by holding the Option key down as
you launch Entourage. You will be prompted if it needs repairs.
Hope this helps!

> Hi, I checked on both macs, same problem,(same configuration as you), when I narrow the print to the Sept/09 to Sept 09, it does preview 1 page, but it's November 2008? Thanks again for your help. |

I have the same problem. Using Leopard I could print montly calendars
no problem, but with Snow Leopard it won't print the selected month.
Did you get this problem resolved yet? |
