Hi Emanuel!
Your viewing problem could simply be a corrupt cache. Starting in your
home folder go to ~/Library/Caches/ and delete
com.microsoft.browserfont.cache. Be sure to quit Entourage first.
To the best of my knowledge, no way exists to sync pictures in Contacts
to Exchange. You can use the feedback mechanism under the Help menu in
any Office product to request this feature in future releases.
