Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Email Client: Exchange

HI.
I was trying to synchronize my blackberry with entourage and the application hung .

After restarting all the contacts in entourage are messed up. For example one contacts has a name but the phone address of a different contac, etc.

All my contacts data is mixed up!

I am new to Mac. Can anyone help me?

Sync Services are a far cry from perfect. You should always have a backup in
cases like this where you data gets corrupted.

For this cleanup process, I recommend these steps;

1) Turn Off Sync Services for all your apps
2) Create one source that will be your primary source.
4) Make a backup
3) Turn on Sync Services one source at a time.
