Entourage 2004 and StickyBrain 4.0/4.02 compatibility issues

After installing a trial version of release 4.0 of StickyBrain I
encounter the following problems when using Entourage 2004 version
11.2.1:

Once you access a FlashNote by clicking on the icon in the menu bar it
is no longer possible to edit contacts in Entourage. Although you can
open a particular contact, all tabs related to the contact are gray;
which makes it impossible to edit.

Similar behavior occurs when trying to edit message rules or Mailing
List Manager rules.

The only way to fix it is to completely remove StickyBrain. The same
problems happen with both versions of 4.0 and 4.02. I have been able to
duplicate this behavior on multiple machines. Both machines are running
version 10.4.3 of Mac OS X.

After installing StickyBrain 4.0.2, In encountered lots of odd behavior
with MS Entourage 11.2.1 (scrollbars not working, inability to have
more than one window open at a time; preview panels forgetting
placement; a multitude of mail windows opening at startup; and the list
goes on).

I read elsewhere on this board where some have tried to correct similar
problems by trashing their Entourage preference files, to no avail.

After uninstalling StickyBrain 4.0.2, all is swell with Entourage
again. I've stored the majority of my StickyBrain items in iOrganize
until Chronos comes up with a fix.
