I don't know if an official Mac version of the Doom 3 expansion pack
exists; if it does, it will doubtless be a lot more expensive than the
PC version.

Assuming the expansion pack just contains data files for the Doom 3
executable file (which can be assumed to be compiled for all platforms
from practically identical source code), the PC version of the
expansion pack should be compatible with the Mac version of Doom 3.

The only problem that remains is extracting the expansion pack files,
for which a networked PC or an emulator would be helpful, and an Intel
Mac might make things easier than a G4 or G5.

Has anyone had any success doing this?
