Post subject: Color Discrepancy in Different Applications

Sorry about the awkward title to this posting--I couldn't think of anything
better!

I've created a website in Freeway Pro and it uses 28 different colors. If I
check each of the colors by selecting Edit>Colors... in the menu and then
selecting one of the colors I can then see the eight bit hexadecimal encoding
for that color along with a sample. If I then place the cursor of the
DigitalColor Meter over the sample the eight bit code shown in the meter is
identical to that shown by Freeway.

If I then export a page containing that color as a .pdf and then examine the
same color with the DigitalColor meter there is now a slight change in the
hex code.

My question of curiosity is whether what I'm seeing is a fault with Pages or
a fault with the export to .pdf?

Make sure everything is sRGB. If it's some other unspecified color profile,
the colors will shift.

My web page is slightly different colors on my new computer and my old
one. . .
