[Q] CIN HD DISPLAY 23 repair-help needed

I have a "M9178LL/A APPLE CIN HD DISPLAY 23" The top of the monitor is
dark and the status light on the bottom right blinks three times about
every 5 seconds.

I would like to find a new power inverter to install in the monitor. Can
anyone help me find a supplier for an Apple one or one that will fit
from another supplier. I would also like a PDF file for the repair of
this monitor or some instructions on how to get the display open.

Don't really want to deal with Apple on this because of the cost but any
recommendations on a shop that would repair or take this display as
a trade would also be useful.
