Unless I'm mistaken, NTFS is readonly on MacOSX.

Some ideas. Install MacFUSE
<http://code.google.com/p/macfuse/>
and the ntfs component.

Use Parallels or VMware Fusion and install Windows-XP, and use it
to write the the NTFS file system.

Put the NTFS drive on a Windows system, and access it over the
network.
