You have to have installed some version of Xcode. Also, you left out
the s, it is AvailabilityMacros.h. It is in /usr/include .

Made some progress, it needed default settings in the paths

{OS X Volume}path

now i get a bunch of missing libs

Link Error : Can't open dylib
'/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.1.5.sdk/usr/lib/system/libmathCommon.A.dylib'

Link Error : Can't open dylib
'/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.1.5.sdk/System/Library/Frameworks/Carbon.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/Ink.framework/Versions/A/Ink'

Note that i tried anything from 10.1.5 to 10.4 with no luck Sad
