I'm currently using the HDMI output on ATV directly into my HD TV.
Everything works fine. I'd like to simultaneously send the component video
output to my preamp/processor for distribution e.g to my DVD recorder. How
can this be done? It seems that ATV will not send video outputs to both HDMI
and component outputs simultaneously. But if I disconnect the HDMI cable,
then how can I make the necessary setting changes? Seems like a catch-22.
