!@#$%^&* upgrades

I upgraded to 9.63, and in promptly destroyed my .ini
file, destroyed my sessions file (very angry at this),
and destroyed my cookie preferences.

The worst part is, I can't reset the site preferences
for the cookies. I go to a site, right click on "Edit
Site Preferences...," go to the Cookies tab, change
"Never Accept Cookies" to something else (either of
the first two entries), and push the OK button. But
nothing changes. If I right click again, I STILL have
"Never Accept Cookies" selected. Why won't Opera save
any changes to this?
