qt configure

Hi,

I got these problems on Debian kde if I want to install or update python-qt4

The following partially installed packages will be configured:
pyqt4-dev-tools python-qt4
0 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1 not upgraded.
Need to get 0B of archives. After unpacking 0B will be used.
