Hello, everyone.
I have 2 laptops: 1 running XP with NTFS partition and the other one is
Debian Etch, installed on LVM volumes. Which partition management tool can
I use to make a single dual boot system with the NTFS partition and the one
LVM volumes.

What is the the right way, to copy NTFS onto hdd with LMV or vise versa ?
Unfortunately, both laptops use the disk fully for their partitions ?

With best regards,

Yes, it's a bit more hassle, but the problem is that you have two full
hard drives at the moment, and I don't have a clue about the sizes and
of course I don't want you to destroy the Linux install you already have
working as HP won't help you to fix it.

I do copy that too, as there are devices you don't always create at a
boot up, so you want those to be there, udev (if you use an up to date
install) will create those devices that are more dynamical at boot up.

Thank you for help.
I think that's nice fool-proof algorithm for such mission.
