Either you know enough about how that site is set up to know what that
means or you don't. If you do, then you know what it means. If you
don't, then it's not your problem.

Is something not working that you know is supposed to be working?

Since you are posting from google.com you might want to check out
http://groups.google.com/advanced_search
I put I cannot ping in the first box and received

Results 1 - 10 of about 524,000 for "I cannot ping".

Since thestar.com.my's OS is Windows Server 2003 and Server Microsoft-IIS/6.0
I would guess it is more of Micro$oft interoperability with other OSs. Smile

Many network administrators disable or block ping because of abuse by
the clueless.

Results 1 - 10 of about 1,280,000 for 'ping of death'. (0.23 seconds)

system from 1337 |-|ax0r dudes.
