I put I cannot ping in the first box and received

Results 1 - 10 of about 524,000 for "I cannot ping".

Since thestar.com.my's OS is Windows Server 2003 and Server Microsoft-IIS/6.0
I would guess it is more of Micro$oft interoperability with other OSs.
