Post subject: adding worker module in apache on RHEL4
Archived from groups: linux>redhat>rpm (more info?)

Hi,

When seeing the default compiled modules for apache on RHEL4 it shows
prefork as loaded.
Can I add/replace this with the worker module, since the workermodule
settings already are in httpd.conf by default?

Thought about finding the module, downloading it, put it in modules dir
and adding the loadmodule, addmodule or whatever in httpd.conf. Is that
not enough?

Can't seem to find any info on it, when googling, and I would hate to
compile from source and miss all the fun in security updates vi a redhat.

Sincerely
Max
