Hi there!

What can I do when the server keep sending wrong mime-types.
Problem persist on a proprietary server which I cannot alter, but need to
open some svg based pages.
When opening the page from firefox/konqueror I always got the Save As
dialog. File extensions and mime types are set, and both Firefox/Konqueror
can open the saved file. The saved file has a .svg.gz extension.

Thanx

What does this have to do with networking? Try the .misc newsgroup,
which is more appropriate for your question.

Fix the server

If it's a proprietary server you need to go back to the
licensing/maintenance agreement.

But you just said the mime type wasn't set (was wrong). Which is it?
