[Samba] New Server: need to transfer PDC to new server

I have Samba 3.0.22 running as a PDC on a server. We recently bought a new
server and I want to transfers the PDC settings to the new server and turn
off the old server. What do I need to do?

move /etc/samba/* and all the .tdb files in /var/lib/samba and/or
/var/cache/samba
