[Samba] Samba 3 + LDAP - Error Joining Windows XP To Samba..

Hi Guys,



I am having issues attempting to join a windows xp machine to the domain.



If I use the correct root/administrator credentials it gives me an error
"user name cannot be found".



If I use incorrect credentials it gives me an error "Logon failure: unknown
username or bad password"



When I check the logs it states (when using the correct credentials) that
authentication succeeds.



Can anyone assist??
