RFS: updated ocaml, findlib, pcre-ocaml, camlp5 for experi..

Hello,

I have prepared a first round of packages with OCaml 3.11.0 for
experimental. The .dsc are available there:

FYI, I've set up a apt-able repository with i386 binary packages:

deb http://glondu.net/debian/ experimental main

Everything is signed with my PGP key.

I didn't spot a missing version on ocaml-compiler-libs so the buildd failed on
experimental.

It seems your packaging was not pushed to the public git repository. Could you
propagate it so that I can push the fix there ?
