I've read some documentation, that VAGUELY details how to create a
BOOT-N-BUILD 1 CD RHEL install.

Is there any OTHER location that will detail this process in HUMAN
READABLE format?

Like HOW DO WE view the COMPS.XML file,

How to EDIT it correctly?

How to tell WHICH PACKAGES belong to WHICH package groups?

WHEW!

Thanks!

You mean like the CentOS-4.2 Single Server CD's for example;

ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/centos/4.2/isos/i386
ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/centos/4.2/isos/x86_64
