I have been watching White springs for a year now and all the sudden I
cannot pick White springs. I have a brand new KU lnb and I can receive other
KU signals OK.
I called the Tech. at white springs and asked if they are having any
problems with sending there signals that I cannot pick up White Springs?
they told me that there signals is AUK that they are sending there signals.I
do not have trees blocking my line of site.I can pick up the sat next to T-7
ok.
Here is the Inf.. that I put in and no luck.
Thanks for your help.

I'm receiving the Lone Ranger right now so the tech wasn't pulling your leg.

Check your polarity - make sure you are on horizontal. Also be sure you
are getting another channel with horizontal polarity, to make sure your
polarotor is working properly. I know there's nothing else to speak of
on that satellite so you'll have to check it on another.

My only other thought would be to make sure your dish hasn't lost it's
alignment by a degree or so, especially if you have a smaller dish.

And, especially on this Memorial Day weekend, thank you for your service

Take care,
Rich

God bless the USA

Even though he's dead it makes about much sense
to vote for him as it does for the choices
that we have who are living. At least he's not
going change his position on anything.
