There is the basic strategy of the spread. If you know this one already
then disregard this post. I start to use it on the second black background
red text screen. Basically each screen will have 3 waves. 2 normal attacks
and then random stuff and smart bombs. You use the left and right missile
silos to create a wall of defense that the majority of enemy fire will run
into. Then you use the center silo for the rest, usually smart bombs. Note
that sometimes a wave will start with the smart bomb attack so you don't want
to do a spread attack on those. How I do a spread is this. I'll start the
crosshairs on the left side of the screen and move it at an even speed to the
right hitting the right missile every inch or so. If you time it right every
thing will pretty much run right into the wall. Then the second wave hits
and i do the same thing with the left silo. Then pickoff the planes and
smart bombs with the faster center silo. Good luck!
