Post subject: I am having problems starting city of heroes

When I start the game and the city of villians updater starts instead
of getting the webpage where I am downloading updates to the game I
get a message that says "This program can not display the webpage" I
even turned off my firewalls and made it an exception but it still had
problems. What do you all suggest?

though I myself never had this issue a friend did and the issue in
their case was their video driver they grabbed the latest one and then
it was fine; so long story short, I'd check your drivers and make sure
you got the newest ones

Yes. CoB is fussy about drivers, especially right after an issue release. I
must have had trouble four or five times after an Issue came out, solved by
going and getting this-week's drivers.
