Either can be pointed at a sig file not called ~/.signature, which
would fix up nicely.

I remember helping my mate move a couple of years ago. You never really
think that that small sofa is heavier than it looks until you try lifting
the thing! I was in agony for days after that. I'm dreading the day when I
finally get moving myself, although admittedly I don't have things like
sofas or chairs yet.

The only game I'll be playing this weekend will be Oblivion (PC), but it's
starting to annoy now. It seems that every one in three saves I make is
corrupted, forcing me to replay an hour or more and I'm getting fed up with
it. This is a very recent occurance and I'm beginning to wonder if it's the
Battlehorn Castle mod that's causing it. The game seemed to be more stable
before I installed the thing.

The usual techniques don't work anymore. Things like loading, quickly saving
again and restarting doesn't work and now I'm finding that if I'm in an
enclosed location like a town or part of the Imperial City, the game will
not let me leave, either through the gates or through fast travel without
crashing back to desktop.

I count four lines after the first delimiter, which is
McQuarrie-compliant. Perhaps you need a newsreader that understands the
concept of not wrapping lines unnecessarily?

It took me a moment to work out why, but I suppose it does, yeah... Wink

I shall endeavor to take some photos over the weekend and get them put
somewhere for your viewing pleasure.

I've got only one set of posable figures for DOA which (I think) are
more tied to the arcade version of the game as they don't look quite
like the DOA characters in their current console form. I've 3 other sets
as well that are non-posable, and all of the 1/12th scale ARTFX figures
(that I know of).

Which would be good. But no, for falling 30000 feet.

And in a further annoyance, I've just tried loading all my saves (I have
three on rotation), and none of them work anymore. Terrific.

I think it's time I called it a day with Oblivion and take it off my
machine.

Why is a mushroom called mushroom? As usual, "Paul Evans"
<paul.evans913 DeleteThis @ntlworld.com> got it all completely wrong and wrote:

Well, the my friend and I will probably be able to lift anything
they've got, so that's no worry (although at least I don't look very
strong, just a bit heavy Smile ). It's the stairs and the corners which
are getting me worried...

I've put a public gallery up (I hope) with some pictures of the DOA
figures. The ones I think you want to see are the first few.

There are some photos of other figures there too, including the
excellent SOTC figures and the Master Chief figure in its temporary
home.
