It's not that tricky. Have a look at the instructions bu Schock! at

I've used it twice and it works. Two twiddly bits - getting the rolled
up ribbon through the hinge and into its home, and getting the
black+red wires through the edge of the lid without them escaping.
Or if you google for "ds lite case assembly instructions" you'll get
several more, and youtube videos of the same too.
