I need a patch for timeline

Hi all I bought a new game called "Michael Crichton Timeline" I had to use
compatibility mode to install it using win xp home, then a bit into the game
it crashes and sends me back to the desktop. Is there a patch for this game
ive looked through a search engine. Aperently the creator Michael Crichton
is now dead....

The Patches Scrolls doesn't have a patch for Timeline, which pretty
much means there isn't one.
