Hi all,
I need a few mods, but I have no idea what they're called. I've seen them
mentioned inhere, so I'm sure somebody can help me
1) I need a mod that changes trinket/boots/gloves when I mount and dismount,
so I can get max riding speed.
2) I need a mod that can keep track of my crit records. Not really of any
use, I just like to know what my best crit with different spells are
(currently I'm at 2006 with soulfire (on a tar dude in Un'goro) and 1929
with shadowbolt (on Kurinaxx with CoS). If this mod can also record my
buffs/target debuffs and what the target is, it will be perfect. But I kinda
doubt that
Guess that's all I really want right now. Got too many mods already I think
LOL
TIA

macros are easy to write for small changes like mounting and switching
items.
something like:
/script UseContainerItem(4,1);
/script UseContainerItem(4,2);
/use mount
I use macros a lot for small switches of gear that help me mana regen,
PVP, etc.

Itemrack.

I don't know if it can specifically do this, but a lot of the gearheads
swear by TheoryCraft.
By the way, wait until you get more +damage gear. My big numbers are 3800
with a soulfire, and 2800 with a shadowbolt. And then there's the 11,000
point curse of doom, but that's because of a giant negative resistance and
luck. *

outiftter can do it automatically i think. It auto does my BG, AV, Argent
Dawn gear
WSG and AB i use the anti fear trinket and AV i use the AV trinket. You can
make resist kits too.

QuickMountEquip will do that, but I much prefer to use Outfitter,
which will auto-equip things for many occasions, such as stance change
(if you're a warrior), shape-shift (for druids), riding,
eating/drinking, even auto-wear a different outfit when you're in the
city. I can't recomment Outfitter highly enough!

That would be CritLine. I don't believe it reocrds buffs/debuffs,
thouhg.

QuickMountEquip will do this for you, as long as it's just about riding. As
others have written, ItemRack and Outfitter can do this plus more.
Personally I prefer ItemRack.

I used to use an addon called KillLog (or similar...) that used to keep
track of my best nomral and crit attack of each type, but I haven't used it
in a while so I have no idea if it is still being maintained.

It's on about the 3rd different version now but does still work if you find
the correct updated version; the original has been abandoned for some time
but I eventually found a version that works with the current patch.

I need to update mine; I'm on an old, old version that I can't open anymore,
although my main use for it (keeping up with how many of whatever mob I've
killed) still works fine, and it still notifies me when I make a new max
damage hit.

That's what happened to mine, I think
http://www.curse-gaming.com/en/wow/addons-4160-1-kill-log-relaunched.html
is the correct link for the latest version, thankfully it's all working
fine currently
