USA map doesn't seem it would be appropriate as a Civ4 world. However,
there is a NASA Blue Marble map for the world.

Civfanatic's forums have some talented mappers making maps for everything...

Worlds & maps in Civ4 - The main complaint i have re Civ4 and Warlords is the feeling that the space available is less. You never gat huge plains or deserts or very large Mountain ranges. How do you get a map that has both continents and islands? Any ideas about this ? cheers....
