Hello,
need some clarification about Vidal Jarbeaux special.
in regard of his text that states: "He can meet a given requirement only
once each game"

- can he use his ability meeting the clan for *each* of the existing clan
(thus, in the same game, he can play a waters of duat, then a tumnimos, then
a web of knight recruit
and so on) or only once and no more ?

- similar question with titles: can he use his special meeting the "title"
trait for each of the exisisting
titles (thus, in the same game, playing a second tradition as prince, then
a second tradition as justicar, then an alastor as justicar,
then an alastor as inner circle and so on) or he can use the "title meeting"
only once x game ?

Some misunderstanding here maybe He can pretend to be a specific
clan only once. Thus if he pretends to be a Ventrue to play Ventrue
HQ, he cannot then later on pretend to be Ventrue so as to be able to
play Ventrue Directorate Assembly.

Yes, he can use each requirement. Note, attempting to pretend to be
first the Ventrue Justicar and then the Tremere Justicar does not
work, as he has now twice used his ability to be seen as a Justicar,
irrespective of clan.

Think of it almost like it says: "for the purposes of playing this
card he is a non specific prince/justicar/IC/Seraph/(insert unique
(trait/sect/title) here), unless he has met that specific trait
before."
